Information we collect

We collect account information (name, email) and usage data needed to operate Victory Vault. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

How we use information

We use your information to provide the service, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Data security

Data is encrypted in transit via TLS. Authentication and storage are handled through industry-standard managed services.

AI content generation

When you use Victory Vault's AI content tools, we send the information you provide in the AI prompt, along with selected settings such as business type, tone, and content type, to third-party AI providers to generate results. We do not send your account email, contacts, saved campaigns, CRM data, or payment information to AI providers as part of content generation.

Ownership of your content

You own the business data, customer information, and marketing content you create or upload in Victory Vault. AI-generated drafts are provided for your use; you are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy, claims, and compliance before publishing.

Third-party platforms

Social media, CRM, advertising, and analytics integrations are governed by the rules and availability of those third-party platforms. Features that depend on them may change, require reconnection, or be limited based on the platform's policies.

Beta and rolling features

Some features — including direct social publishing integrations — are rolling out in phases and may be labeled as beta or limited availability. Functionality, limits, and pricing for these features may change before general release.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
