By creating an account or using Victory Vault, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds are governed by our 30-Day Confidence Guarantee — see the View Refund Policy for full eligibility and request steps.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Victory Vault to send spam, infringe on intellectual property, or violate any law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the business data, customer information, and marketing content you create or upload. You grant Victory Vault a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the service on your behalf.

AI-generated content

Victory Vault uses AI to help draft marketing content. AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or claims that are not appropriate for your business. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before publishing it, sending it to customers, or using it in advertising.

No guaranteed results

Victory Vault is a marketing tool. We do not guarantee any specific level of leads, bookings, revenue, or marketing performance. Results depend on your market, offers, execution, and many factors outside our control.

Third-party integrations

Social media, CRM, payment, and advertising integrations are subject to the rules, availability, and pricing of those third-party platforms. Direct publishing and other integration features are rolling out in phases and may be limited, change, or be unavailable based on each platform's policies.
