Our commitment
We want you to feel confident using Victory Vault. If the platform is not the right fit within your first 30 days, contact us and we will review your account for a refund based on your plan, usage, and any setup work already completed.
Eligibility
- You request a refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge.
- Your account is in good standing with no outstanding payment disputes.
- You have not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Refund eligibility may vary for plans that include setup fees, onboarding work, or done-for-you services.

- •Unused time on a monthly or annual subscription if a refund is approved

- •Setup fees or onboarding fees already performed
- •Done-for-you creative or marketing work already delivered
- •Third-party platform charges or ad spend
How to request a refund

Contact us
Email support@getvictoryvault.com within 30 days of your first charge. Include your account email and the reason for the request.

Account review
We review your plan, usage, and any setup or service work already completed. Most reviews are completed within 2 business days.

Refund decision
If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
How to cancel
- Cancel anytime from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You keep access until the period ends; no partial-period refunds are provided unless your request is approved under this policy.
- If you cannot access your dashboard, email support@getvictoryvault.com and we will help you cancel.
Free trials
Plans that include a free trial do not charge your payment method until the trial ends. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. Trials that have already converted to a paid subscription are covered by the 30-day confidence guarantee above.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve refund requests directly and can usually respond within one business day. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay or disqualify a refund.
